Oak is very resistant to moisture (this type of wood is most often used to make barrels for alcohol), making it ideal for cutting boards. We only use wood from legal sources, from certified suppliers, exclusively from first-class (the best) sawn timber. Only this class guarantees the highest quality wood, without defects and with the right moisture content.
